Came with my family members, everything was fantastic. Location: the hotel was adjacent to cafes and restaurants, and shops & the beach.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met the purpose. The accommodation was great, pool was great, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Had central location close to town centre. There was a good bar on site, enjoyed this place.

I loved the stay here. By and large, it was ideal place for sightseeing in Lorne, had much fun. The staff was very friendly and diligent, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location of this hotel just next door to Port Campbell as well as the beach and the sunrise was good and excellent. Plus, you could explore Louttit Bay.

No complaints, I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and recommend. Everything about the venue was well-maintained. The staff were superbly friendly, and the room was spacious and new-fashioned with a view. The location offered was great right by beach, restaurants & shops, shops with off street parking and the restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely sitting area and a cozy dining table. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any requests. The location was perfect, with the beach and shops just a short walk away. The hotel also had great amenities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The rooms were huge, new-fashioned, and had a lounge, a patio, and a kitchen. The bed was nice and the staff were affable.

The staff was accommodating plus the location was excellent and handy. Got the same tastefully decorated and reasonably large suite with a view booked online, liked that.

Everything was fantastic, diligent staff, unbeatable location right by other restaurants, good eateries and the beach. Comforts of good-sized and tastefully decorated room for our needs were fabulous.

It was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, good enough for a longer stay. There were a lounge, a balcony, and a TV in my room. Good and fantastic location minutes away from a bus station, that was handy.

Our hotel is set in a central location near shops and cafes, restaurant, parks and beach, all which were in walking distance and supermarket. The staff are really helpful and super-friendly, no complaint.
